Track layouts and session timing remain subject to final operational confirmation.
Riders should plan to arrive early and allow extra time for check-in, charging, and class call-ups across the weekend.
All riders must attend required briefings. Failure to attend may result in exclusion from sessions.

Need to Know
Please arrive before 8:00am. A mandatory rider briefing will be held before anyone is allowed on track, and a group photo will be taken on track. First practice starts at 9:15am.

Only registered racers and free riders. All racers must have a racer wristband and all free riders must have a free rider wristband to be permitted on track. We will provide these each day at the event.
Only racers are permitted in the pit area. Free riders, friends, and family will not be allowed in. Please don't ask for exceptions.
Please arrive with your gear ready to go, fully charged, with suitable tyres, and all safety equipment in good condition. A full face helmet is mandatory. No full face helmet, no racing.
ESRA is not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings. Please do not leave equipment unattended. All gear is left at your own risk.
Please download the official AUS PEV event app and the Dragy Laps app before arriving. Sign in with your Dragy code (if you are a racer) and ensure you have a Dragy app account set up ahead of time. Step-by-step instructions are included in your confirmation email.
No. Riding PEVs in public spaces in NSW is illegal and your device may be confiscated by police or you may face significant fines. Please be good guests in Coffs Harbour and follow all local laws.
The venue canteen is licensed. However, if you are racing or free riding, you may not consume alcohol until your day on track time is complete. Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance will be denied entry to the track for the remainder of the event.
