AUS PEV Racing does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.

• No account is required. You may enter profile information but this is never sent to us - it's purely for aesthetic purposes, on device.
• Your data will never be provided to any third parties. The only data we ever collect is lap time, track ID and Dragy ID.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used.
• An internet connection is needed for map data to be displayed to you and for lap timing updates to be sent to us.
• No personal information, or usage data is accessed.
• We DO collect location data but ONLY when you are in lap timer mode on a specific, pre-defined AUS PEV racing track. This information is used for your lap timing during and only during official racing events and does not collect information at any other time. A paired Dragy must also be present for this GPS information.

This app functions solely as an on-device lap timer to support racing and training activities. The only data sent to us is your Dragy ID and lap time, if and only if at an official AUS PEV track. The app will also pull event schedule updates to let you know if race times change.

Users of AUS PEV Race app must always adhere to local laws and regulations when riding personal electric vehicles (PEVs). It is the user's responsibility to:

• Ride safely and within personal limits
• Use appropriate safety gear, including a full-face helmet
• Respect public space, race venues, and other riders
